1. Eligibility & Conduct

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this platform.
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, threats, or the distribution of abusive or unlawful material.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation. Any identified abuse will be immediately reported to law enforcement and NCMEC.

2. Ephemeral Audio & Service Liability

• Real-Time Audio Routing: Voice communications are processed in-memory through our LiveKit media servers solely to forward audio streams between room participants in real time. Audio streams are strictly ephemeral—they are never recorded, saved, or stored on disk.
• Disclaimer: The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, getprxy.com and its operators are not liable for user interactions, conduct, or any damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Third-Party Liability: Per Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, users are solely responsible for their own speech and conduct on the platform.

3. Privacy & Data Collection

• No Sign-In / Minimal Data: We do not require registration, names, email addresses, or account creation.
• Payment Data: Payments are processed externally via Stripe. We do not process or store financial details on our servers.
• Technical Metadata: Non-identifying technical metadata (such as temporary room session tokens and connection IP addresses) is processed solely for active media routing, fraud prevention, and server performance, and is automatically cleared when rooms close.
